If you’re worried about yourself, remember: you’re not alone. It can be hard to speak up, but help is possible.
You might feel:
- Sad or frustrated
- Worried about food and/or eating
- Worried that food is taking over your life
- Unhappy with the way you eat
- Unhappy about the way you feel about your body
- Like no one understands your problem
You might also:
- Feel angry, upset or annoyed when others try to talk to you about food or eating
- Eat in secret or private
- Hide some of your eating or other related behaviours (e.g. vomiting)
- Be trying to diet or fast
